Executive Summary
Ingredient sampling firm acquires Retcom Holdings, Arcade announced Sept. 15. New York City-based Retcom enters the agreement with patented and patent pending sampling systems for fragrance, cosmetic and personal care ingredients as well as two company divisions: a creative service business called Concepts that produces catalogs and database marketing and a multi-media division for point-of-sale merchandising. Among the systems are MicroSilk, MicroDot, Snap and Powder, ColorDot and Ascent. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed
