The European Medicines Agency (EMEA) has recommended that the shelf-life of Roche's Tamiflu (oseltamivir) should be extended from five to seven years for all newly manufactured capsules. For packs already on the market, two years should be added to their shelf-life in the event of a declared swine flu pandemic.
