Clare Hollingsworth joins Assura's board of directors

Assura, a UK healthcare company partnering with GPs to deliver high-quality patient care in the community, property solutions and consumer-responsive pharmacy services, has appointed Clare Hollingsworth to the board as a non-executive director. She will replace Fred Porter, who has announced his intention to stand down from the board with effect from the company’s 2008 annual general meeting on August 6th.
