Michael Bailey has resigned his position as senior vice-president of commercial operations at ImClone Systems(US), effective August 1st; he has accepted a senior level commercial position at Synta Pharmaceuticals. ImClone has also appointed Joseph DePinto vice-president of commercial operations, who will assume responsibility for the company's commercial operations department upon Mr Bailey's departure.
