Constellation Pharmaceuticals (US) has named Garen Bohlin executive vice-president; he will be responsible for the company's corporate operations and finance. He most recently served as chief operating officer of Sirtris Pharmaceuticals, where he also played a key role in the sale of the company to GlaxoSmithKline for more than $720 million (scripnews.com, June 13th, 2008). Before that, Mr Bohlin was the founding chief executive officer of Syntonix Pharmaceuticals, which was consequently sold to Biogen Idec in 2007.
