Polska Grupa Farmaceutyczna (PGF), one of Poland's largest wholesalers, has acquired the remaining 50% stake in Nacionaline farmacijos grupe (NFG), a Vilnius-based pharmaceutical distributor, from a minority shareholder for €24.5 million. PGF established a subsidiary in Lithuania after it bought the original 50% stake in NFG for €19.4 million in 2007.
