Lilly has promoted its senior vice-president of human resources and diversity, Sue Mahony, to senior vice-president and president of Lilly Oncology. Ms Mahony succeeds John Johnson, who resigned last month. Steve Fry, vice-president of human resources for two of Lilly's business areas – biomedicines and emerging markets – is promoted into Ms Mahoney's former role.
