Two years ago thieves had pulled off a daring heist of more than $75 million worth of prescription drugs from a Lilly warehouse and storage facility in Enfield, Connecticut by scaling up the warehouse's outside walls and rappelling in and disabling parts of the security system. Now, through a series of indictments, federal authorities have arrested two brothers, both citizens of Cuba residing in Miami, Florida in connection with the heist and charged numerous others in what officials have pointed to as the break up of a cargo theft ring operating in several states.
