BIA calls on UK to emulate French crowdsource funding for innovation

Britain's BioIndustry Association (BIA) is calling on the UK government to introduce its own version of France's Fonds Communs de Placements dans l'innovation (FCPI) that could pump an extra £300 million a year into the knowledge economy.
