A lpharma's board has again unanimously rejected an offer by King Pharmaceuticalsto acquire all of its outstanding shares for $37 per share.The boardhad announced it would make a decision on September 26th after King raised its offer from $33 per share (Scrip Online, September 15th, 2008).
