Champions Oncology announces board changes

Executive Summary
Champions Oncology, which develops technology solutions for personalized use of oncology medicines, has appointed Dan Mendelson and Arthur Epker to its board of directors. Mr Mendelson currently serves as chief executive officer and founder of strategic advisory firm, Avalere Health and an adjunct professor of business administration at the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. He also sits on the boards of Coventry Health Care and HMS Holdings. Presently, Mr Epker serves as vice-president and partner of PAR Capital Management. He is a current director of Pure Cycle Corporation, the Steppingstone Foundation and the Winsor School. In conjunction with these appointments, Ana Stancic has resigned from the Champions board of directors. Furthermore, Scott Tobin, a current director of the company, has assumed the role of chair of the audit committee.
