Biotec names new CEO

Executive Summary
Biotec Services, a global pharmaceutical services company, has named Dr Fiona Withey chief executive officer. Dr Withey joined UK-based Biotec in 2007 and was appointed to the company's board of directors in 2008 as business development director; most recently though Dr Withey was operations director. She succeeds Keren Winmill who, after four years as CEO of Biotec, is moving to the role of non-executive director and advisory board chair.
