Dublin, Ireland-based Shire has named Jeff Poulton chief financial officer and a member of its executive committee. Additionally, Mr Poulton will join the Shire board of directors. He joined the company in 2003 and has been acting as interim CFO since December 2014. Previously, he worked in diverse corporate finance and business development roles for Cinergy and PPG Industries.
