Horizon Discovery, an international life science company supplying research tools and services that power genomics research and the development of personalized medicines, has named Grahame Cook a non-executive director of its board of directors. Mr Cook has also been appointed to chair of Horizon's audit committee. Mr Cook is an experienced FTSE and AIM non-executive with a background in banking.
