Barry Silbaugh has been selected as the new chief executive officer of the American College of Physician Executives, a Tampa-based organisation with 10,000 members. Mr Silbaugh had been serving as interim executive vice-president since Roger Schenke, who founded the organisation in 1975, retired from the executive vice-president post earlier this year.
