Zydus Cadila's US subsidiary, Zydus Pharmaceuticals, has filed a US lawsuit against Teva Pharmaceutical Industriesinvolving risperidone API. Zydus alleges that Teva has threatened the unlawful institution of "objectively baseless" sham litigation to artificially maintain high prices for generic risperidone API, and formulations containing risperidone API, sold in the US.
