Ark Therapeutics has opened a new manufacturing facility in Kuopio, Finland, which will be linked to its existing manufacturing and laboratory suites. The facility, designed fro the manufacture of gene-based medicines, particularly those in viral vector constructs, will initially be used for laboratory and pre-clinical grade production before it is fully equipped and validated.
