BioTime Inc., a company focused on pluripotent stem cell technology, has appointed Russell Skibsted chief financial officer (CFO). Skibsted joins BioTime from Proove Biosciences where he was CFO and previously served as senior vice president (SVP), CFO and secretary of Aeolus Pharmaceuticals. Skibsted was also SVP and chief business officer of Spectrum Pharmaceuticals and CFO of Hana Biosciences.
