Phico Therapeutics, a company developing antibiotics, has appointed Nicki Thompson chief business officer (CBO). With more than 20 years' experience, Thompson joins Phico from F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd where she was vice president and global head of external drug discovery. Previously, she was senior director, business development for GSK's Centre of Excellence for External Drug Discovery.
