Bayer Healthcare, a branch of Bayer AG, has formed an alliance with the Chinese Ministry of Health. The partnership is designed to improve healthcare standards in some of China's most impoverished regions. As part of the program, Bayer has agreed to donate $2.66 million to help 10,000 doctors receive better medical training over the next five years.
