Biopharmaceutical company CeNeS Pharmaceuticals PLC has licensed the exclusive Japanese rights to its general anaesthetic and short-acting sedative, CNS-7056, to Ono Pharmaceutical Co Ltd. Cenes says it will receive upfront and milestone payments, as well as royalties on Ono's sales of CNS-7056.
