Drug regulatory directors from Japan, China and Korea held a joint meeting in Tokyo April 14 to promote sharing clinical trial data among the three countries. Japan's Pharmaceutics and Food Safety Bureau Chief and directorial officers from the Korean FDA and China's State FDA agreed to exchange information and to conduct a joint research project on the difference in ethnicities, the biggest barrier to sharing clinical trials data.
