Japan Fair Trade Commission finds that three X-ray device manufacturers have repeatedly been involved in collusive bidding for orders from public hospitals. JFTC has excluded two companies, Tokyo-based Toshiba Medical Systems and Kyodo-based Shimadzu Corporation, from future bidding for violating the anti-trust law. The commission also ordered fined Toshiba Medical Systems and Shimadzu ¥10 million and ¥6.2 million, respectively.
