Venture Capital To Indian Biotechs Lagging This Year

Venture capital investments in Indian biotechs have dropped, according to a report on the first quarter of this year. Dow Jones VentureSources counted $11 million invested in only two biopharmaceutical deals during that three-month period. Last year, $99.5 million was invested in life sciences and health care companies in India.
