Japanese subsidiaries of Schering-Plough and Organon Bioscience, which merged last November, Schering-Plough K.K. and Organon Japan announced June 17 the companies will consolidate business starting July 1. The new company will have headquarters in Osaka and marketing headquarters in Tokyo. Schering-Plough K.K. has sales of ¥79.3 billion and Organon has sales of ¥21 billion.
