At the recentmeeting of the Standing Committee of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Conference, the Ministry of Health disclosed the key points of the health care reform plan: it will concentrate on the reform of community and rural health care, formulate specific policies, expand financial investment and cultivate talent.
