Probe Ordered In Deaths Of 49 Children In Indian Clinical Trials

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences denies that any of the drugs being tested in clinical trials caused the deaths of 49 children participating in the tests, but the government wants a high-level inquiry. AIIMS earlier had reported the children died during pediatric drug tests over the past two and one-half years.
