U.S. FTC Hits Delay In Approving Aussie CSL’s Buy Of Talecris

The U.S. Federal Trade Commission has asked for more information about the merger of CSL, the second-largest supplier of blood-plasma products, and U.S.-based Talecris, maker of key treatments for autoimmune diseases.
