Drug Makers Accused By Vietnam Agency Of Colluding On Prices

Representatives of the Competition Control Agency, an arm of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, said pharmaceutical companies, distributors and brokers set the price of drugs before they are imported into Vietnam. Distributors and importers in Vietnam say their prices are determined by the price set by foreign drug makers.
