Rakuten and 59 other Internet-based business owners questioned the ruling and leading-opposition parties about their support for on-line business. The Democratic Party of Japan, the leading opposition party, said it would consider a review of the policy, but the ruling Liberal Democratic Party said only that it would study the issue.
