Executive Summary
About a week after it closed its $20.5mm Series C venture round in March, Momenta Pharmaceuticals filed for an $86.25mm initial public offering. The company revised the offering in May to bring in up to $74.9mm, but has since completed the offering of 6.2mm common shares (including the overallotment) priced at $6.50 each, netting $37.19mm.
