Plethora Solutions Holdings PLC (urological therapeutics) has raised £6.35mm ($12.4mm) through the private sale of 3.2mm new ordinary shares priced at £2.20 apiece (about market average) to new and existing investors. The company will use the proceeds to provide Endocare with some of the funds (£4.588mm) required for the £5.4mm purchase of its Timm Medical Technologies division.
