Executive Summary
Newly created PharmaKodex (improves existing pharma and OTC drugs primarily for CNS diseases) grossed £7.1mm ($13.5mm) through its Series A financing. The round was co-led by Apposite Capital and SR One and included participation from the company's founders Unilever Ventures and Vectura Group PLC, which established the joint venture this past May. Representatives from Apposite and SR One join PharmaKodex's board.
