New investor Ogden CAP led the $1.2mm Series A financing for Cognition Therapeutics (targets proteins that cause cognitive impairment). Also participating in the round, which included the sale of stock and conversion of existing debt, were first-time backer M5Invest Partners, returning shareholders Pittsburgh Life Sciences Greenhouse and Innovation Works, and individual investors.
