Executive Summary
The American Affordable Care Act of 2010 (ACA), otherwise referred to as ‘ObamaCare’, is now, for all intents and purposes, no longer an active public debate in the U.S. Or is it? The US Supreme Court has recently limited the amount and type of ‘force’ that the Federal government can use to persuade the state administrations to implement the Act. As a result, both sides seem to be waiting for the other to blink first.
