The Canadian biotherapeutics company Haemacure has appointed Dr Thomas Lynch to its board of directors. Dr Lynch brings 15 years experience as a research scientist in public, academic and private sectors to the position, and whilst on the board will aid the progression to Phase II/III clinical trials for Haemacure's lead candidate, Hemaseel HMN (fibrin sealant), for biosurgical haemostasis.
