Executive Summary
Gemini Genomics (population genomics) and Celera signed an agreement to research genes and polymorphisms associated with common and chronic age-related diseases. Both will commercialize the data that emerges from the collaboration to companies developing gene-based drugs and diagnostics, and share in any resulting license revenues, milestone payments, and sales royalties.
