Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. will pay $121.4mm in up-front cash and earn-outs to acquire Toplam Kalite, a division of Turkish generics player Neutec Ilac Sanayi Ve Ticaret AS. (Strategic Transactions will assume 25% of the $121.4mm payment to be up front--$30.4mm--and the rest in earn-outs.)
